Raymon is our technical expert and all round data aficionado. With over twenty years’ working in the public sector, he’s helped drive organisational change in private business and healthcare trusts throughout the UK.
Whether you’re facing financial challenges, operational issues or sluggish performance on an organisational level, Raymon works quickly, using advanced data insight to diagnose problems and create meaningful solutions.
He then builds bespoke dashboards and reporting systems to enable real-time performance monitoring – with user-friendly tools that your whole team can use.
During his time in the NHS, Raymon has been instrumental in reducing cancer waiting times and designing stratified pathways to change the way that patients are followed up. He says:
